WeAutoKnow.net is an online marketing project for a start-up business. Eric & Gwen Knutson opened a new auto repair shop and wanted a strong online presence in the local market. They chose to begin with a modest website to keep costs down as much as possible.
We were able to develop a great looking site that ranks on page #1 for Google searches in the local area. At less than thirty pages, this is a great accomplishment. Since neither has the time or desire to manage their online marketing, they pay a small fee to keep their site updated and secure.
Business Closed in 2016
Eric reported recently that,
“I’m getting a lot of business from our website. We’re busy and have to be creative in how we schedule our client’s repairs”.
Summer season brings a lot of out of town folks with repair needs. Of course they want to get back on the road as soon as possible.Even though We AUTO Know may never see them again, they know that customers may review them on Google or Yelp. So it’s important for them to try and meet everyone’s felt needs.
Because locals bring in repeat business and great referral business, it’s hard to put a tourist in front of the line just because they’re on vacation. So far Eric has been a good juggler, and grateful for the challenge.
